State the highest class or form the person reached or is attending if still at school, in which case insert:<br /><br /><div class="i1">'kindy' for kindergarten<br />primary class 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8<br />secondary form 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7<br />university year eg. Degree 1, Diploma 2 or Certificate 1<br />other tertiary eg. FIT</div><br /><br />If the person has never been to school, write 'none'. You may shorten class and form by writing 'Cl 4' or 'F3' or as the case may be.<br /><br />135. If the person has left school, state his <span class="ital">highest qualification</span>. In case the person has successfully completed some post-secondary training or gained some post-secondary qualification write details.<br /><br />In case of degrees, diplomas, and certificates, specify main field of study eg.<br /><br /><span class="pg">[p.24]</span><br /><br /><div class="i1">BSc Physics,<br />BA Sociology,<br />Post Graduate Diploma - Marine Biology,<br />Certificate - Quantity Survey,<br />Diploma in pre-school teaching</div><br /><br />If the person has more than one post-secondary qualification, enter the one the person considers most important.<br /><br />136.
