Jumlah bersih dari BLT yang diterima adalah jumlah yang diterima rumah tangga dari petugas yang ditunjuk. Jika rumah tangga mengutus orang lain dan memberikan upah, maka yang ditanya adalah jumlah yang diterima oleh utusan tersebut dari petugas, tidak termasuk upah yang diberikan oleh rumah tangga kepada utusan tersebut.
