Definition
Pemeriksaan dan pengamatan oleh Supervisor diisi oleh Supervisor dan atau Enumerator setelah melakukan wawancara. Jika saat wawancara buku ini ada Supervisor yang mengobservasi maka Supervisor tersebut lingkari kode 1 dan jika tidak ada Supervisor yang mengobservasi maka Enumerator tersebut lingkari kode 3. Apabila supervisor tidak memeriksa kuesioner, maka Enumerator melingkari kode 3. Selanjutnya jika pengawas melakukan pemeriksaan/editing terhadap kuesioner tersebut, maka kode 3 di pertanyaan pemeriksaan diganti dengan 1 oleh Supervisor yang melakukan pemeriksaan. Jika kuesioner tersebut telah dientry, maka mintakan editor untuk memodifikasi dari kode 3 menjadi kode 1 untuk pertanyaan pemeriksaan ini. Selain Observasi dan pemeriksaan.
