Cara penulisan Kabupaten atau kota. Harus dituliskan terlebih dahulu KAB. / KOTA baru nama daerah. Hal ini untuk mengetahui apakah daerah tersebut merupakan sebuah kabupaten atau kota, sehingga tidak terjadi kesalahan dalam mencari kode lokasi, sama halnya dengan Kecamatan penulisannya harus didahului dengan Kec., Begitu juga untuk cara penulisan Desa/Kelurahan. Harus dituliskan terlebih dahulu DESA/KEL. baru nama daerah. Hal ini untuk mengetahui apakah daerah tersebut merupakan sebuah Desa atau Kelurahan.n Khusus untuk LK04a mengenai kualifikasi pedesaan atau perkotaan, kategori ini sudah ditentukan oleh pihak Surveymeter, sehingga petugas lapangan tinggal menyadur dari daftar wilcah yang tersedia
