Honor yang dimaksud disini adalah penghasilan yang diterima responden karena jabatannya baik itu dari pihak kelurahan maupun pemerintah yang resmi diterima dan tidak termasuk sumbangan dari masyarakat karena telah melakukan jasa tertentu karena jabatannya, sedangkan dana operasional adalah dana yang diberikan oleh pemerintah desa/kelurahan atau pemerintah guna memperlancar kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan pekerjaan karena jabatnnya.
