Local Environment Unit (SLS) residential area that is part of a rural / urban neighborhoods are legally recognized by the government of villages / wards. As part of the area under the village / urban SLS can be identified in stages and autonomy and or have the organizational structure to accommodate the needs of its citizens. SLS can be shaped RT, RW / RK, village, hamlet, hallway, ellipse, other environments in accordance with their respective names in the area.
