Definition
This field contains the code 0 if treatment does not have a disability. If a person has more than one disability, then write code the most severe disabilities.
Disabled people are all people who have disabilities so distracted or get obstacles and barriers for him to perform activities properly. Disability may occur due to accidents, victims of crime, disease or birth defects. Disabled persons with disabilities comprised of physical, mental, and physical and mental.
