Definition
Ask if there is one art in this household that receive direct cash assistance (BLT) or SLT (Direct Cash Compensation). Fill coded 1 if "Yes", and code 2 if "No" directly to the blocks è III.
BLT program in 2008, is essentially a social safety net program, which is only temporary and aimed at:
(a) Assist the poor in order to remain able to meet their basic needs,
(b) Preventing the decline in welfare level of the poor due to economic difficulties, and
(c) Increase the shared social responsibility.
BLT program is program of assistance in the form of cash directly to the RTS certain number of households are very poor, poor, and near poor.
There are some areas where people do not know about BLT, despite the fact that the people accept it, they are more familiar with the term fuel compensation.
