<p>Folder Number. Write in the boxes the number of the folder corresponding to the number in the front of the folder. [Image of the boxes where number goes]</p>

<p>Cluster number. You should record 01 in the first surveyed household, 02 for the second, 03 for the third and so on, until you include all households in your assigned area.</p>

<p>Number of order of the household in the dwelling. For the first household, write 1 in the correct box. If the dwelling contains more than one household, you should record each one, writing 2 for the second household, 3 for the third one, 4 for the fourth one and so on.
