Questions and instructions

Question pretext
READ THE FOLLOWING TO THE RESPONDENT BEFORE PROCEEDING:
Now, we would like to ask you a few questions about a World Bank project that was launched in 2005 and is often referred to as Projet Integre de Croissance. The objective of the project was to stimulate economic growth in Madagascar, with a particular emphasis on the tourism and mining industries. The project attempted to achieve these goals through targeted interventions in Nosy Be and Fort Dauphin. These interventions included efforts to build new ports, rehabilitate roads, expand access to reliable sources of water and electricity, and to improve waste management. The project also worked with Malagasy banks to expand access to credit. Finally, the project worked with various government agencies to establish and administer training programs designed to give managers and employers the skills necessary to operate successful businesses.
