Literal question
Using the water from the glass of drinking water provided by the respondent, take a sterile 1 mL syringe and add 1 mL of water to each of the two compact dry plates. Filter 100 mL of water through a sterile filter paper and place this in one of the Compact Dry plates. Close and label both HXXX-YY, where XXX is the cluster number and YY is the household number.
