Interviewer instructions

This question is applicable to all households, and the purpose is to establish whether any children aged between 5 and 17 years in the household had left their households to live on the streets in the past 12 months. The enumerator is instructed to be cautious about various circumstances. For example, if members of the household know that their child/children are living on the street, the answer should be 'Yes', but if they do not know where they are, the answer should be 'Don't know'. There should not be any form of assumption that any child who is not at home is living on the streets.
