Interviewer instructions

This is applicable to all household members who were sick in the past 30 days prior to the interview due to illness. This includes both modern and traditional practices. Survey officers are instructed that the consultation should only be related to the illness or injury specified in the previous question and nothing else. Respondents, who answered 'Yes', and ‘Do not know’ must skip to Q2.5a.
