Description

Definition

For last-born children born at home in the five years before the survey, DELHMTRAN (M65C) indicates whether the facility being far away or having no transportation was a reason why the child was not delivered in a health facility. The two rationales were combined in a single response category ("Too far/no transportation") on the survey form when the interviewer recorded all reasons given to the open-ended inquiry.
