Good day, I am [NAME]. I am part of a team of researchers from New ERA from Kathmandu which is conducting a research study about Agriculture in nineteen districts of Nepal under the Ministry of Agricultue Development. I will be asking you some detailed questions about your agriculture production, food security, household background, nutrition of mother and child, savings, credit and involvement in community organizations . We are going to use a GPS machine to record the geographic location of your household. This information will be kept absolutely confidential. No personally identifying information will be published or shared with anyone outside the project team. There are no risks to you or your family in answering these questions. Your participation is completely voluntary and you may stop participating at any time.
