Definition
For women who are not currently using a contraceptive method, FPNONNP3 indicates whether, in response to an open-ended question, they reported a primary health care (PHC) outreach clinic as a source of family planning. This response category is country-specific to Nepal.


Apart from universe differences, FPNONNP3 has no comparability problems.

Comparability - Standard DHS

An open-ended question about where family planning can be obtained for women not currently using a method is included in Phase IV forward of the standard DHS questionnaire. FPNONNP3 is a country-specific response not included in the standard DHS modules.
