Educational characteristics.</span><br /><br />The questions contained in part B of the Form should only be asked of people (men and women) who are 6 completed years or older, for which purpose you should look at the answer recorded in question 4 (Years completed) beforehand. When the person being enumerated is less than 6 years old, questions 9 to 23 will not be asked of them, and therefore a diagonal line should be drawn through this part of the questionnaire.<br /></svar></p>
