The usual residence of the person is considered to be the place where they normally live the majority of the time, even though they may be absent from that household at the time of enumeration.<br /><br />Don't confuse the term <span class="em">another place</span> with another neighborhood in the same city or town which belongs to the same rural parish or head-town of the canton where the person usually lives. Explain that it refers to other cities or rural parishes.<br /></svar>
