<p>The objective of this section is to find out the number of people who left to go live in another country in the last five years, even though it may have been for a short time or they may have already returned.</p>

<p>People who enter or leave the country for vacation, work assignment, visits to relatives or another reason that doesn't entail a change of residence are not considered migrants.
