The following options are presented:<br /><div class="i1">-- <span class="ital">Collected by the urban sanitation service</span>: When the dwelling counts on a public garbage collection service, provided directly by the municipality, or through contracting companies.</div><br /><span class="pg">[p. 33]</span><br /><div class="i1">-- <span class="ital">Deposited into a collective container</span>: When the inhabitants of the dwellings on one street, block, or area take the garbage to a recipient or metal container where it accumulates and is collected later by the urban sanitation service.<br /><br />-- <span class="ital">No urban sanitation service</span>: When the dwelling does not count on the previous services and the inhabitants use alternative methods for the removal of waste; such as, burying, burning, depositing in vacant lots, rivers, streams, etc.</div><br /></svar>
