Questions and instructions

Question pretext
We would like to ask some questions about all the land for which the household had use or ownership rights during 2012 Major Cropping Season (April 2012-September 2012) to the present. Please include all residential, commercial, and mixed use plots, as well as land belonging to this household that was rented or lent out to another household or company. Note, if you have your house and a farm on the same piece of land, we will count the area with the house as one parcel, and the area with the farm as a separate parcel.
Literal question
Who is the primary cultivator of this parcel during the 2013 major season [APR-SEPT 2013]?
