Imputation and derivation

Derivation
The variable was computed using c_Tractor, c_AnimPlough, and c_Tiller, and as the following:

1/ if the household had access to animal draft and equipment for animal plough (in property or not), it was considered that its level of moto-mechanization was low mechanization

2/ if the household had access to tiller (in property or not), it was considered that its level of moto-mechanization was low moto-mechanization

3/ if the household had access to tractor (in property or not), it was considered that its level of moto-mechanization was high moto-mechanization

4/ if the household did not have access to any of the equipement for ploughing and preparing its plot, it was considered that the houshold was only using manual force.
