Interviewer instructions

Mark 1 if it is owned by the household; 2 if it is owned by the private sector, i.e., by other households; 3 if it is owned by the public sector (housing units owned by the Railways Authority, Iskandariya factories, etc.); 4 if owned by the government (housing units owned by Awqaf, Municipalities, Local Administrations); and 5 if the answer is not one of those mentioned above.
