01. No diploma, illiterate: is a person who can neither read or write and, therefore, cannot write a description of any simple thing.
02. No diploma, reads only: is a person who can read only and holds no academic qualification.
03. No diploma, literate: is a person who can both read and write in any language but does not hold an academic qualification.
- Holds an academic qualification: This means the highest academic stage a person has successfully attained by the day of the interview. School years (classes) that do constitute a final academic stage are not considered a qualification. The stages as mentioned in the question are:
