Interviewer instructions

Ask this question about all household members currently attending school: How much did the household spend on school fees, uniform, sports clothes, books and other supplies mentioned. Write down the amount spent on each item in ID thousands. If the household cannot give details of these amounts, write down the total in column 8 for each of the household members currently attending school.
