Interviewer instructions

Women who had children are asked about the last live birth. Record the date of birth in day, month and year. If the respondent does not know the day and the month, the interviewer should try to ask her whether the child was born in a certain season, before or after certain occasions or religious feasts. If it is impossible to determine the date of birth, write the code 0 in the day and month column.
