If the child has a birth certificate and it was seen, circle '1' and go to next module. If the child has a birth certificate but the mother/primary caretaker is unable to show you the certificate, circle '2' and go to next module. If the child does not have a birth certificate '3' or the respondent does not know '8' continue to the next question.
