Description

Definition
Expenditures are asked is:
1. Routine expenditure, which is the amount of expenditure:
a. Employee expenditure, i.e. the expenses for wage and salary of apparatus in order their duties as village apparatus. Exclude if the apparatus is a civil servants or employees of autonomous province or district.
b. Incentive is the village expenses other than for wage and salary, usually incidentally issued.
c. Goods expenditure and operational activities, i.e. all expenditures of the stuff that used for village government needs.
d. Repair and maintenance expenditure, i.e. all the expenses that relating with repairing and maintaining some infrastructure facilities that derived from village government.
e. Official trip, is all of the expenditure that relating with needs of official trip of village apparatus.
f. Incidental, i.e. all of the non-routine expenditure outside of the incentive.
g. Other expenditure, is all of the expenditures other than those been mentioned.

2. Other expenditure besides the routine expenditure is village development expenditure, which is the amount of expenditure:
a. Village government physical development, is all of expenditure for physical facilities development of village government such as repair/development village office, PKK office.
b. Production infrastructures development, i.e. all of village government's expenditure to support production increase in the village.
c. Transportations infrastructures development, is the expenditure for development of transportation infrastructure such as road or bridge construction.
d. Marketing infrastructure development, is the expenditure relating with marketing increase such as construction of market/stall.
e. Social infrastructure development, is the expenditure relating with social activities such as construction of education facilities, house of worship
f. Infrastructure development other than those have been mentioned.

3. The next expenditure is village loan payments, i.e. the village expenditure for pay installments and village principal loan.
