Definition
KS 1. National Family Planning Board (BKKBN) defines KS 1 as the families who have been able to meet one of the minimum basic needs, namely:
1. Practicing religion according to each member of the family
2. In general, all family members eat 2 (two) times a day or more
3. All members of the family have different clothes for home, work / school, and traveling
4. The widest part of the home is not dirt
5. When a child is sick or the fertile couples want to do birth control be brought to the family planning facilities
