Description
Definition
Non business ownership income consists of:
1. Savings interest, is the fringe benefits for the use of the households money by banks or other financial institutions
2. Land rental, i.e. the benefits fringe that recieved by household for the use of farmland or mining land/excavation with rental system.
3. Crop sharing is the recieved portion by household for the use of household asset/capital that be used by other party for business activity, in which the household does not bear the risk of that business.
4. Estimated rental value of the home is rental estimated of self-occupied residential including other households home that rent to other party
5. Other incomes, such as royalty acceptance, taking benefit from businesses incorporated or not.
