Bertujuan untuk mengetahui lamanya kepala desa memegang jabatan, apabila kepala desa yang dimaksud telah lebih dari satu kali periode pemerintahan dan tidak diselingi oleh kepala desa yang berbeda maka ditulis sejak pertama kepala desa tersebut menjabat, apabila kepala desa tersebut telah diselingi oleh kepala desa yang berbeda maka tulis pada peride terkahir menjabat.
