Interviewer instructions
Technical Household random selection of respondents is done by:
1. The interviewer made some cards and then write the names of the 9 Households target which were selected and random number from households, from 9 cards are drawn one card bearing the name of RT respondents, then excluded from the decision-random.
2. Respondents were then asked to take 8 Household of 8 cards available. And the interviewer sort of 8 cards by smallest random number.
3. The interviewer took and opened 2 cards with random numbers and respondents were asked to compare the smallest of the two households which are more capable. The second sort the cards according to the respondent's answer.
4. Then open another card and respondent are asked to compare which one is more capable between KRT on the third card by KRT on both cards have been open before. Sort KRT position on the third card in accordance with the respondent's answer.
5. So the process is carried out up to 8 cards open all. After all cards have been opened and sort out, interviewers wrote the order starting from the most poor household.
