Literal question
For children aged 4 years and older, are any permitted to attend officially for less than the full number of hours per week (either for only part of the day, or for only a few days per week)?

Give example if required, e.g. because parent cannot afford the full fee / to fit in with parent's working hours / to increase number of children who have the possibility of pre-school education.
