The 10 evaluation schools had a total of 12,806 respondents over the course of the admission survey. There were 5,381 respondents in 2010-11, 3,953 in 2011-12, and 3,472 in 2012-13. The response rate was 100% as all students who applied to the the 10 schools completed the survey as part of their admission process. The students do not make up representative sample of all TVET schools in Mongolia as admissions to the 10 schools were most competitive out of all 72 TVET schools in Mongolia.

Admissions Survey - application form that contains basic demographic and contact information for each applicant of the 10 evaluation schools along with admissions test results and applicant's preference rank for trades they wish to study. Admissions Survey also included a section where students indicated their understanding of prospective job opportunities and expected salaries upon graduation
