Definition
MLCONUM reports the concession number (identifying the plot or compound) of the household in which the respondent was interviewed for the Mali 1987 survey.

MLCONUM can be used with the cluster and household numbers to uniquely identify households in the 1987 Mali sample:

CLUSTERNO (V001) identifies the cluster number when using women, children, or births as the unit of analysis; CLUSTERNOMN (MV001) identifies the cluster number when using men as the unit of analysis
HHNUM (V002) identifies the household number when using women, children, or births as the unit of analysis; HHNUMMN (MV002) identifies the household number when using men as the unit of analysis
