Data from Under-Five Survey. Survey was administered to mothers (or caretakers) of all children under 5 and collected at the individual level. Contents include: Under-Five's Background, Age, Birth Registration, Early Childhood Development, Breastfeeding and Dietary Intake, Immunization, Care of Illness, and Anthropometry.

Data from Individual Women Survey. Survey was administered to all available individual women in each household of age 15-49 years and collected at the individual level. Contents include: Fertility and Birth History and Women's Information Panel.

Data collected from Household Questionnaire and collected at the household level. Contents include: Household Information Panel, List of Household Members, Education, Child Discipline, Household Characteristics, Water and Sanitation, Handwashing, and Salt Iodization.

Data from Individual Men Survey. Survey was administered to all available individual men in each household of age 15-49 years and collected at the individual level. Contents include: Man's background, Access to Mass Media and Use of Information and Communication Technology, Fertility, Attitudes Toward Domestic Violence, Marriage/Union, Sexual Behavior, HIV/AIDS, Tobacco and Alcohol Use, and Life Satisfaction.
