Who assisted in the birth?</span><br /><br />The question is presented and the answer is recorded by filling in the corresponding oval.<br /><br />The interview is completed here with this person. The rest of the persons in the dwelling are then interviewed. In the case that there are more than 9 persons, another form is used and the instructions given previously are followed.<br /></svar>
