Description This document describes the sampling design, weighting and the right procedure to estimate indicators for the LAC HFSP Phase 2 surveys. For the sake of clarity, countries participating in Phase 1 in 2020 will be called Original Countries. The countries added in Phase 2 in 2021 will be called Added Countries.
