This rule can be explained by the fact that different household members may utilize different types of toilet facility.<br /><br /><div class="i1">Note: "WC FOSSE" applies to septic tanks that need to be emptied.<br />"FOSSE PERDUE" applies to latrines.<br />"OTHER" applies to chamber pots that are emptied every morning.</div><br /></svar>
