Interviewer instructions

If the caretaker mentions a few signs and then stops, continue by asking Any others? until you are satisfied that she has understood you and has told you all the signs she considers important. If you are not sure whether a particular sign reported by the mother fits in one of the categories listed, write the description in full and check with your supervisor later.
