The UNHCR collection provides metadata for microdata hosted in the UNHCR Microdata Library. The UNHCR Microdata Library is a secure online data repository providing access to microdata containing information on forcibly displaced, stateless persons and their host communities. The UNHCR Microdata Library contains microdata collected directly by UNHCR or indirectly through its partners, but supported in some way by UNHCR. It also contains metadata on censuses, administrative data, and surveys regarding forcibly displaced and stateless persons made available by other entities and organizations, and provides direct access and/or links to access the corresponding microdata. It is continuously updated as new datasets from UNHCR and its partners become available, and as other organizations which collect relevant data submit datasets for dissemination through the UNHCR Microdata Library.
