The system should be designed so that the indicators produced are comparable and harmonized as far as possible with what is done internationally.  It was administered in 4 rounds between January and December 2014.\n\nThere is a main questionnaire with attached specialized modules implemented in one or more of the rounds. The additional specialized modules were administered to a subsample of the entire sample when a smaller sample is adequate. Administering the core questionnaire for the survey should take 30 minutes. Each additional modules will also be limited to about 30 minutes.
