Comparing responses across Country Surveys reflect changes in attitudes over time, but also changes in respondent samples and changes to the survey instrument itself. To reduce the influence of the latter factor, only those questions with similar response scales\/options were analyzed. To reduce the influence of the former, the samples from FY \u201918 and FY \u201921 were weighted to have equivalent stakeholder groupings, allowing for more statistically reliable comparisons. Due to this weighting, mean ratings, percentages of respondents, and the total number of respondents in both years are slightly different from those of the original data reported in the FY\u201918 COS report and the non-weighted data presented in the FY\u201921 COS report."},"analysis_info":{"response_rate":"Response rate was 43%."}},"data_access":{"dataset_use":{"cit_req":"Use of the dataset must be acknowledged using a citation which would include:\n- the Identification of the Primary Investigator\n- the title of the survey (including country, acronym and year of implementation)\n- the survey reference number\n- the source and date of download"}}},"schematype":"survey","tags":[{"tag":"DOI"}]}
