Participants were drawn from the Office of the President, Prime Minister; office of a minister; Legislative Plurinational Assembly; ministries\/ministerial departments\/implementation agencies; Project Management Units (PMUs) overseeing implementation of WBG projects; consultants\/ contractors working on WBG-supported projects\/programs; local governments; independent government institutions; the judicial system; state-owned enterprises; bilateral and multilateral agencies; private sector organizations; the financial sector\/private banks; private foundations; NGOs and community based organizations; trade unions; faith-based groups; youth groups; academia\/research institutes\/think tanks; the media; and other organizations.","coll_mode":["Other [oth]"],"research_instrument":"The questionnaire was prepared in English and Spanish. The English version of the questionnaire is provided for download.","coll_situation":"Fielding agency face-to-face, via mail, via courier, email, and online Qualtrics platform.","weight":"The results in this year\u2019s Country Survey were compared to those in the Country Survey conducted in FY\u201916 (response rate was 38%, N=230). Comparing responses across Country Surveys reflect changes in attitudes over time, but also changes in respondent samples and changes to the survey instrument itself. To reduce the influence of the latter factor, only those questions with similar response scales\/options were analyzed. To reduce the influence of the former, the samples from FY \u201916 and FY \u201921 were weighted to have equivalent stakeholder groupings, allowing for more statistically reliable comparisons.
