As of November 2022, over 1.7 million arrivals have been reported by the Hungarian authorities from Ukraine. To respond to their needs, informing the planning for the 2023 Refugee Response Plan in Hungary, the Inter-Agency Coordination Team carried out this joint Multi-Sectoral Needs Assessment (MSNA) targeting the population displaced due to the war in Ukraine and currently residing in Hungary. Data collection took place in September 2022.\n\nOverall, accommodation, education, employment opportunities, and access to mental health care appeared as the overriding concerns for the population displaced to Hungary from Ukraine. In addition, four out of 10 respondents declared constraints in meeting the basic needs of their household over the past month, while two out of 10 respondents reported current constraints with food for them and their family members.\nThis dataset is the anonymous version of the original dataset.","coll_dates":[{"start":"2022-09-12","end":"2022-09-25","cycle":""}],"nation":[{"name":"Hungary","abbreviation":"HUN"}],"geog_coverage":"12 out of 20 counties in Hungary","analysis_unit":"Households","universe":"All refugee households in 12 counties, residing in or outside of collective sites.","data_kind":"Sample survey data [ssd]","notes":"The scope includes:\n- demographics\n- cash and livelihoods\n- protection\n- health\n- education\n- accomodation\n- accountability - feedback on humanitarian assistance","ex_post_evaluation":{"completion_date":"","type":""}},"method":{"data_collection":{"data_collectors":[{"name":"UNHCR","abbreviation":"","affiliation":""},{"name":"IOM","abbreviation":"","affiliation":""}],"collector_training":[{"training":"","type":""}],"sampling_procedure":"Households were purposively selected, and thus are not statistically representative of the total refugee population in Hungary.
