Participants were drawn from the Office of the President, Prime Minister; Offices of  Ministers; Offices of Parliamentarians; ministries\/ministerial departments\/implementation agencies; Project Management Units (PMUs) overseeing implementation of WBG projects; consultants\/ contractors working on WBG-supported projects\/programs; local governments; independent government institutions; the judicial system; state-owned enterprises; development partners; multilateral agencies; private sector organizations; the financial sector\/private banks; private foundations; NGOs and community-based organizations; trade unions; faith-based groups; academia\/research institutes\/think tanks; and the media.","coll_mode":["Other [oth]"],"research_instrument":"The questionnaire is in English, and it is available for download.","coll_situation":"Face-to-face, email, via courier, and online Qualtrics platform.","weight":"The results in this year\u2019s Country Survey were compared to those in the Country Survey conducted in FY \u201918 (response rate was 47%, N=657). The data were weighted to reach similar stakeholder compositions across both survey years, allowing for more statistically reliable comparisons. Note, stakeholders who identified themselves as \u201cOther\u201d in the stakeholder category options were not included in these comparisons. Due to this weighting, mean ratings, percentages of respondents, and the total number of respondents in both years are slightly different from those of the original data reported in the FY \u201918 COS report and the non-weighted data presented in this report.
