Participants were drawn from the offices of the President and Prime Minister, offices of Ministers; offices of Parliamentarians; employees of ministries\/ministerial departments\/ implementation agencies; Project Management Units (PMUs) overseeing implementation of WBG projects; consultants\/contractors working on WBG-supported projects\/programs; local governments; independent government institutions; the judiciary; state-owned enterprises; bilateral and multilateral agencies; private sector organizations; the financial sector and private banks; private foundations; NGOs and community-based organizations; professional\/trade associations, faith-based groups; youth groups; academia\/research institutes\/think tanks; and the media.","coll_mode":["Other [oth]"],"research_instrument":"The questionnaire was prepared in English and Portuguese. The English version of the questionnaire is available for download.","coll_situation":"Face-to-face, and online Qualtrics platform.","weight":"The results of this year\u2019s Country Survey were compared to those in the Country Survey conducted in FY\u201918 (response rate was 62%, N=194). Comparing responses across Country Surveys reflect changes in attitudes over time, but also changes in respondent samples and changes to the survey instrument itself. To reduce the influence of the latter factor, only those questions with similar response scales\/options were analyzed. To reduce the influence of the former, the samples from FY \u201918 and FY \u201922 were weighted to have equivalent stakeholder groupings, allowing for more statistically reliable comparisons.
