The Monitoring System consists of primary data collected from households on a periodic basis (more or less every four months, depending on seasonality).\n\nThe FAO launched on 8 July 2021 a household survey designed to reach 4 750 households spanning 17 governorates in Yemen. The data collection resumed on 18 September 2021 actually reaching 3 687 households. The survey was representative of vulnerable agricultural households at the governorate (admin 1) level, with a 95\u00a0percent confidence level and a 6\u00a0percent margin of error.
