The underlying principle behind the process is linked to accountability, as well as a commitment to improve the quality and relevance of support provided. UNHCR increasingly uses Cash-Based Interventions (CBIs) as a preferred modality for delivering assistance, offering greater dignity and choice to forcibly displaced and stateless persons in line with UNHCR's core protection mandate. In order to ensure that the cash assistance provided meets the intended programme objectives and that desired outcomes are achieved, UNHCR conducts regular post-distribution and outcome monitoring with a sample or all of refugee recipients.","coll_dates":[{"start":"2021-11-08","end":"2021-11-29","cycle":""}],"nation":[{"name":"India","abbreviation":"IND"}],"geog_coverage":"National coverage","analysis_unit":"Households","universe":"All refugees registered to recieved cash in 2021","data_kind":"Sample survey data [ssd]","notes":"The PDM exercise looked at the following topics:\n1) Timely delivery of assistance \n2) Spending habits of the household \n3) Sufficiency of the amount disbursed \n4) Procedural effectiveness, and \n5) Quantity and quality of NFI."},"method":{"data_collection":{"data_collectors":[{"name":"UN Refugee Agency","abbreviation":"UNHCR","affiliation":"UN"}],"sampling_procedure":"Not Applicable","coll_mode":["Computer Assisted Telephone Interview [cati]"]}},"data_access":{"dataset_use":{"cit_req":"UNHCR (2021).
