A total of 1,030 stakeholders were asked to participate, drawn from the Office of the President, Prime Minister, a Minister, or a member of Parliament\/Legislative body; ministries, ministerial departments, or implementation agencies; project management units (PMUs) overseeing implementation of WBG projects or consultants and contractors working on WBG-supported projects and programs; local governments; independent government institutions; the judiciary; state-owned enterprises; bilateral and multilateral agencies; private sector organizations; the financial sector and private banks; private foundations; NGOs and community-based organizations; professional and trade associations; faith-based groups; youth groups; academia, research institutes, or think tanks; and the media.","coll_mode":["Internet [int]"],"research_instrument":"The survey was implemented in English and Spanish.
